1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IELTSCORE ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
IELTSCORE is an AI-powered IELTS practice platform. It provides simulated IELTS tasks across Writing, Reading, Listening, and Speaking, along with automated AI-generated feedback and estimated band scores. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the British Council, IDP Education, or Cambridge Assessment English.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
IELTSCORE offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are charged as follows:
- Monthly plan: $20, billed every month, valid for one month from purchase date.
- Quarterly plan: $45, billed every 3 months, valid for 3 months from purchase date.
- 6-Month plan: $60, billed once, valid for 6 months from purchase date.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. IELTSCORE does not store your payment card information. Prices are in USD and subject to change with advance notice.
5. Refund Policy
Because paid plans grant immediate access to all premium features, we generally do not offer refunds. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@ieltscore.tech within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.
6. Free Tier
The free tier provides access to Writing Task 1, Writing Task 2, Reading Section 1, and Speaking Part 1 at no charge. IELTSCORE reserves the right to modify the features included in the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service.
- Submit content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes third-party rights.
- Share or resell access to your account.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, prompts, and software comprising the Service are the property of IELTSCORE or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission. AI-generated feedback returned to you may be used for your personal study purposes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated band scores are estimates and should not be treated as official IELTS results. IELTSCORE does not guarantee that use of the platform will improve your actual IELTS score.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTSCORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the platform.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
